Attorney Kirk Henley established the Law Office of Kirk Henley, LLC in 2022 after practicing law for a number of years in Milwaukee. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2020 and has been practicing criminal defense since the beginning of his career. Prior to opening his own practice, Attorney Henley was a staff attorney at Lagmann, Inc., at a non-profit law firm located in Milwaukee, where he practiced multiple areas of litigation. Prior to gradation from Marquette University Law School, Attorney Henley clerked for the Honorable Lynn Adelman in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Attorney Henley’s practice spans throughout all of Southeastern Wisconsin. Attorney Henley’s extensive experience includes litigation of pretrial motions, defending accused persons at trial, appellate litigation, and negotiation of cases to reasonable resolutions. Attorney Henley currently practices criminal defense at the trial level as well as OWI defense and revocation defense. His mission is to defend the rights of accused persons relentlessly within the bounds of the law.
